These terms cover this website and the Shadowvane beta waitlist. They are deliberately short.

What this is. Shadowvane is in private beta. Submitting the form requests an invitation — it doesn't guarantee one, and it doesn't create a contract for any product or service.

No charge. Joining the waitlist is free. Nothing is sold on this site, and we'll never ask for payment details here.

Accurate information. Please use a real work email and accurate company details so we can evaluate your request. Don't submit on behalf of someone who hasn't asked you to.

As-is. The site is provided as-is, without warranties. We may change, pause, or end the beta program at any time.

Changes. If we update these terms, the new version will appear here with a fresh date.
