Privacy

Shadowvane is a private beta. There is no app yet — only this page and a waitlist. This explains what we collect when you sign up and what we do with it. No dark patterns, no fine print.

What we collect. When you submit the signup form: your work email, company, role, team size, your description of what your team keeps being asked to build, and (optionally) where those requests live today. Automatically, with the submission: the country your IP resolves to, your browser's user-agent string, and the referrer and any UTM parameters in the link you arrived from.

Where it goes. Signups are appended to a private Google Sheet that only our team can see. Your email address is also passed to Resend, our email provider, solely to send you one confirmation message. That is the entire list of third parties that touch your data, alongside Vercel, which hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly, cookie-less first-party analytics.

What we don't do. We don't sell or rent your data. We don't load ad-network or third-party tracking scripts. We don't set marketing cookies.

Retention. We keep waitlist data only until the beta closes, then delete it. If you're invited and become a customer, separate terms will cover that relationship.
